Suburban housing of this density gives us the usual suspects: perished flexis, failed thermostats letting a tank go, and sewer blockages that surcharge outside.
With Sandy Creek nearby, stormwater behaves differently street to street here - the blocks closest to it are the ones that back up first.
On Tarragindi's larger blocks we can usually get the van close. What slows a job here is the length of pipe between the house and the main, not getting through the gate.
It is a regular run for us, and we quote a real arrival window rather than a hopeful one. We cover Greenslopes, Holland Park West, Mount Gravatt and Nathan on the same runs, so if your street sits on a boundary it makes no difference to us.
