Where we can help

Based in Marsden, we service Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and the Redlands. Find your local page in Areas We Service, or give us your suburb when calling so we can discuss the right visit for your location and plumbing problem.

Have these details ready

Tell us the property address, your contact number and what you can see or hear. Useful details include when the problem started, whether water or waste is escaping, which fixtures are affected and whether you can access the main water valve. For hot water faults, the system brand and any visible error message can help.

Let us know about locked gates, pets, tenancy arrangements or access to the affected area. You do not need to remove fittings or attempt a repair before calling.

If water is escaping

If you can reach it safely, turn off the main water supply at the property stop tap or meter. A fixture isolation valve may let you stop water to a single tap or toilet instead. Do not force a valve that will not turn, and keep clear of water near electrical equipment. Explain any continuing flow when you call.

If you suspect a gas leak

Leave the affected area and keep other people away. Do not use flames, operate electrical switches or use a phone where gas may be present. Shut off gas at the meter only if it is safely accessible without entering the affected area; do not search for the leak or try to repair it. Call from a safe location. If there is immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Emergency call or booked visit?

Call directly for escaping water, sewage overflow, a suspected gas leak or another problem putting people or property at risk. The enquiry form is suitable for planned repairs, maintenance and questions, but it is not a substitute for an emergency call.

A booked visit gives you time to discuss non-urgent work, including tapware changes, hot water servicing or an intermittent issue that is not causing active damage. We assess the work and explain the price before starting; mention any change in the situation when you speak with us.
